Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LensValue Photography.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.

Session Guidelines

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling outdoor sessions
• Additional fees may apply for extended sessions or additional locations

Image Delivery and Rights

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session. You will receive high-resolution digital images with printing rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
